Preparation and pairing

1. Measure each powder and liquid according to its own package. Scoop sizes and serving weights can differ between products.
2. Rice cereal: add water and stir for about 30 seconds until evenly mixed. Add liquid gradually to adjust thickness; follow the package for the mixing ratio.
3. Plant protein: pour the label-recommended amount of cool or room-temperature water first, then add powder and shake or stir thoroughly.
4. To combine them, prepare separately first, then mix small amounts and adjust the texture and portions. Never seal hot liquid inside a shaker and shake it.

When to enjoy and how to store

Enjoy alongside breakfast, between meals or after exercise as part of your usual diet. Weight gain depends on total daily energy intake, diet and activity; adjust portions to your needs. Consume promptly after mixing. Reseal opened bags and keep in a cool, dry place; use a dry scoop.
