The Grape flavour reference serving is two scoops (9g), with 5g amino acids, 100mg caffeine and 0g sugar. This is an amino-acid and caffeine drink mix; it does not replace a complete meal or a serving of whey protein. Formulas and nutrition may differ by flavour or market.

How to mix

Mix the amount stated on your actual pack with room-temperature or cold water. The store’s reference is two scoops in 300–700ml water; adjust water for taste. Do not use hot water or exceed the label’s daily amount.
