Reward Points
Redeem points for gifts currently available in the member area. Direct cash discounts using points are not currently enabled.
Shopping Cash
Apply it to eligible merchandise at checkout and adjust how much you use. It cannot pay for shipping.
NS MUSCLE
VVIP double points | Qualify within 6 months
Accumulate NT$9,999 in qualifying website or App purchases within 6 months to qualify for the upgraded tier, subject to system verification. The tier earns 2 points per NT$1.
Standard members
Earn 1 point per NT$1 of qualifying spending.
VVIP / NS-VIP
Earn 2 points per NT$1 of qualifying spending: twice the standard rate, not an extra two-times bonus.
Upgrade threshold
NT$9,999 in qualifying purchases within the specified 6-month period. Multiple orders can count; this is not a fixed January–June or July–December window.
When the upgrade happens
After payment is marked Paid, the system checks the preceding qualifying period early the next day using paid, non-canceled orders. Your member account shows the actual tier.
Validity and renewal
The upgraded membership lasts 12 months. Renewal requires NT$9,999 in qualifying spending within the specified 12-month period. Check your member account for renewal status and expiry.
The homepage calls this benefit VVIP; the current membership-system name is “NS-VIP（點數雙倍送！）”. Both refer to this double-points benefit. Double points do not mean Shopping Cash automatically doubles.
6 months is not the points expiry period
The 6-month period concerns upgrade eligibility; tier membership lasts 12 months. Standard purchase points currently use a fixed annual expiry date: points issued during a calendar year expire on January 1 of the following year. For example, points issued under this setting in 2026 expire on January 1, 2027—use them before expiry. Existing batches and campaign bonus points may have different dates; check each entry in your member account.
How are points calculated?
Points are based on eligible merchandise spending after discounts and Shopping Cash, excluding shipping and additional fees. For example, NT$1,000 of eligible spending earns 1,000 standard points or 2,000 points when the double-points rule applies. The rules attached to the order when placed and the system record determine the actual award. Do not assume the qualifying order or past points will automatically receive a retroactive double-points top-up.
Points are issued when the order status becomes Completed. Sign in to the same member account before ordering. Your order and member-account records show the actual crediting, balance, expiry and applicable benefits.
Shopping Cash has a separate expiry: credits issued by the current everyday 2% reward campaign are valid for 50 days. Other campaigns or manually granted credits may differ; check each credit record.
01 | Redeem gifts in 4 steps
1. Sign in to the same account
Sign in to the website and open Member / Member Center. Use the account where you earned your points.
2. Open Member Points
Check your available balance and expiry dates, then select Redeem Gift.
3. Choose an available gift
Check the item, points required and availability, then select the cart icon to add it.
4. Review and complete
Follow the cart and checkout instructions. Double-check the gift, points and delivery details before confirming.
Check first. Confirm second.
Gift quantities are limited, while stocks last. Available items and point requirements are shown on the redemption page. Under the current instructions, completed redemptions cannot be canceled by yourself. If you chose the wrong item or need a change, contact support first; do not submit a duplicate redemption.
02 | Use Shopping Cash at checkout
1. Review the automatic discount
At checkout, the system calculates the usable amount based on your available balance and eligible merchandise.
2. Choose how much to use
Enter your preferred amount in the Shopping Cash Discount field and select Apply. You can also choose not to use it on this order.
3. Check the final total
Review merchandise, Shopping Cash applied, shipping and the final payable amount before placing the order.
The website currently has no minimum-spend requirement or separate cap on Shopping Cash usage. Your available balance and eligible merchandise amount still limit the discount. Items marked as ineligible for discounts are excluded. Shopping Cash cannot cover shipping fees.
Frequently asked questions
Are points and Shopping Cash the same?
No. Points are used to redeem gifts, while Shopping Cash reduces eligible merchandise charges. They are separate balances.
Why can I not redeem a gift even with enough points?
Check gift availability, the current point requirement, your signed-in account and usable balance. The member page shows what is currently redeemable.
Missing rewards or cannot find the discount field?
Check that you are using the original ordering account and that rewards have been credited and have not expired. Labels may vary by device or version. Contact support with the order number and a screenshot if needed—never send passwords or verification codes.
What happens to Shopping Cash after a cancellation or return?
This is handled according to the return policy and actual order outcome. Check your member account or contact support to confirm the amount and timing.
